Shame. Ben is young (18) and former ITF junior WR 110 approx., so obviously not a shabby player at all and on his way up.

But, as others said, it was a chance for Toby to go a bit deeper this week . . .

A measure of the uphill task facing Toby in that match:  Patael took the wily old Futures ringer & second seed, Amir Weintraub, to three sets after actually served for the at 5-2 in the second (at which point his service seemed to desert him hmm )!  One to watch, methinks...
