Colin Fleming & Jonny Marray - doubles CR 146 (82+64)
I am not sure of the precise position at entry date, but looking at that, with Colin & Jonny in as DEs it is no surprise that Aljaz and Albert got in too.
Now many folk's thoughts on players beibg able to use singles rankings to enter doubles may be a whole other matter.
No, more likely my getting the wrong end of the stick, Indiana.
Now I'm just trying to remember who it is who was planning a partnership with Qureshi.

Dom and Qureshi appeared someway down the alts list for one of the early claycourt tournaments (Barcelona I think) and I posted it here, suggesting they could be looking at becoming a long term pairing. That was before the news about Ram came out, and since Dom still hasn't made his return from injury I guess playing there was never a viable option.
Thanks, Josh. Grateful for the reminder of the background - I feel much less worried that I was plucking things out of thin air! I seemed to remember thinking that both of them were people who had been "dumped" by partners, and that I'd like to see them make a good pairing. But will look forward to the pairing with Ram instead. (Do hope Mr Qureshi finds a good partner, though - he's one of my favourite players)
About as definitive a win as you can get in doubles - and not in the first round either. Super stuff. Big jump up in quality with next opponents - but no reason not to be hopeful.
The "subbing" of the original French pairing didn't look to me very good on paper (Lim & Chardy have a CR of 332), but our hero & heroine didn't let it get to them. Looks a reasonably comfortable win, though they should have won the second set by 6-2:
