 I was surprised to see this too, but after checking on Wikipedia, it's correct. Yulia Fedossova made it to the FQR in 2009, and no other French women have made it that far until now.

Looks like JoKo's match might be starting only after every other match scheduled for the day has finished, following several marathons on Court 7. Her match preceded by 2 matches featuring French men.

She's going to have to play a packed crowd.
