Definitely played differently as the end of the set approached.  Over-pressed at 5-1, then went relatively passive.  Glad she got there though

Apart from the wobble at the end of the first set, that's the most confident performance from Hev for a while.  Well done Miss Watson!

Vinci was awful, I suspect any top 100 player would have beaten her today, and Hev for the most part switched between good aggressive tennis and then some nervy tentative stuff. But I felt towards the end of the 2nd set when there was no doubt who the victor was going to be she really started to find 5th gear playing some high quality stuff, CSN likely next, so will be a very good test. Overall though very positive.
