There will be 4 wild cards in total 1 of which has been given to Hewitt. I would assume that Ward and Edmund will both get one and that Bedene might also get one. Given that this has been upgraded to an ATP 500 and the incredible strength of the draw I would imagine that the other Brits would be better off at the Ilkley challenger.
Alright, thanks for the answer. I take it that is for the main draw.
There's also an allocation for qualifying wildcards though?
There will be 3 qualifying wild cards. 10 points for winning 1 qualifying match, 20 for winning two but chance are the qualifying draw will feature several top 100 players so again I think most of our guys will be better off at Ilkley.
