NB I note that Dave wasn't in the qualis for the singles - backs up Marcus' and Bob's point - he chose to play French team tennis at the weekend so couldn't make the qualis, but made his way down just for the doubles . . . difficult choices but Dave got hammered last week in the challenger qualis, and isn't on greatest form in general, so definitely the right decision in my view ..... but not easy . . .
