On this week's rankings :

L32: (4) Kyle Edmund WR 125 ( CH ! ) defeated Hans Podlipnik (CHI) WR 187 (CH 177 02/15) 6-3 6-3

Having now a full 18 counting ranking scores with an 18th best of 6 points, Kyle has just added a net 2 points (8-6) here so far.

However that 18th score of 6 points is due to drop off the week after next so good to get it covered even if he doesn't go any further. It goes with out saying that I hope he goes much further.

Well that was probably closer than he would have liked, but in the end Aljaz saved 3 SPs in the TB to take it 9-7.

Conditions with the wind look very difficult. Perhaps that explains Aljaz's 38% on 1st serve.
