It's easy to take the glass half empty approach and I'm very much a 40 points man first before worrying about Europe. But, my general feeling is that it is nice to be having these concerns and not following Liam and Kyle on the ITF website.
Despite the odd hiccup we have moved on significantly from this time last year with Kyle and Liam now both regular challenger players with Kyles seeding suggesting he should always be in the mix late in the week and indeed through the weekend on form. A bit more consistency and hopefully bu the end of the year he will join Aljaz and James Ward in seeking out ATP 250 DEs. Aljaz becoming British has also made Dan Evan's struggles easier to bare. Brydan has a realistic chance of joining them as a regular on the challenger tour.
