Natasha wins through, in two easy-ish sets. Brilliant.
I see Hillyer's name a lot on the British Tour events (indeed, she retired from her final/semi (?) only a week or so ago so must have been injured - so glad she's better now).
But she's 26 and been around a while - others must know her better than me.
Ceire Mullins also put up a good fight against the top Q seed, 7-6 6-2, I think.
Beth should win and climb to around 900.
The other all British clash could go either way.
Not sure what form Arvidsson is in these days, but she was rather useful on her day.
Mirabelle might put up a fight. The other two will be lucky to must half a dozen games between them.
As you say, Tennislover, first time Mirabelle seems to have connected with the UK. Just wonder if she's got her eyes on grass tennis and possibly the Wimbledon Q place play-offs ? Or maybe just an Easter break. . . No idea where her family were/are based over here . . .
