There was a line call early in that set which looked to clip the line. Think it would have put Dan 40-15 up on Marcus serve. This seemed to give Marcus a bit of a confidence boost.

Dan threw that away and was aced out. Shame as he still has top 200 quality I feel would have probably been back in top 250 with a win today.

The draws are pretty nasty for the lucky losers - Mahut, Sugita - both seeds, Barrere who made a challenger final and Mertens who is in good form.

Marcus and Dan have drawn the top seeds, who lost in the final at Le Gosier.
