Toby's opponent has hardly won a game in 2015. Masur has had a mixed bag of results, nothing special.
Grenier is ranked a lot higher than Surreaux in the domestic rankings and with decent (although not spectacular) results this year
I think Joe will have his work cut out, but it's winnable.
But Surreaux as you say is having a pretty lean time of it, barely anything to write home about. Rankings are misleading and Toby should win that match, I'd say . . .
In the singles, Toby lost the first set 3-6. Was 3-1 up in the second but looks like there's been a heavy downpour. Unfortunate if Toby was just getting the upper hand . . .
