From all the google info I have looked at, Guadeloupe's standard time is GMT - 4 hours and they have no summer time adjustment.

So now that they we are on BST they are 5 hours behind us and 'current time' indicators confirm this.

So the ATP have got it wrong. I am in Natal which is GMT - 3 hours and we don't change the clocks here. So I am currently BST - 4 hours. However despite this, the ATP is telling me that the start time is 15.00 hrs for both "Event Time" and "Local Time", which can't be right.

By the way uf you just type into google guadeloupe time or israel time or wherever time it will show you the current time in that place. So i know it is 7.29 in guadeloupe now and that they are currently 5 hours behind bst.

This is all too much for me. Time zones always confuse me! However I didn't even realise the ATP livescore had such a facility, so I can't blame them. Timeanddate.com give a time difference of 5 hours at the moment, which agrees with the above.

Edit - and I didn't even know about the Google option, that's even easier! "Google is your friend"

Thank you.

So on ATP it says 3pm start time for me even though it is actually 1 hour later at 4pm.

Which makes it all the more confusing why it told me Liam's start time was 6am my time, when it was actually 1 hour EARLIER at 5am.

Yes you are one hour ahead of guadeloupe so will be 4pm your time :)

If you are using the ATP app on a smartphone/tablet then it shows the local time so mine says 3pm even though I am in the UK.

I also use Resultina which does convert to local time and say 8pm so I think it is pretty certain.

Hi Sim.  thanks for that but I am not on the iPhone. I am using the Livescores site online, where it has the "Event time" and "Local time" options. This has always worked for me in the past but I think the daylight saving changes has confused them.

Hadn't checked Resultina but you are right. That site is showing 4pm for me which tallies with 8pm UK time.

It's going to clash with Andy. . . and first and foremost I'm an Andy fan. So good luck Kyle, I'm expecting good news when I check.

Best to use a sundial. You won't go far wrong with one of those. Get someone in Guadeloupe to text you the length of their shadows.

As an aside how ruddy cold has it been, at least in Edinburgh, since we moved to British Summer Time.

We go to British Summer Time, it gets freezing. Aljaz becomes British, he drops out of the top 100 on Monday. Bah!

With Kyle 40-0 down at 2-2, I was going to comment on how he was struggling to deal with Martin's serve and volley game. I look away for a second to watch a couple of points in Murray's match, look back and Kyle is a break up. What on earth happened there?

Leads *3-2.
