 Her recent record is very average and EWS tweeted that she had probably played too much coming into the match, so i'd take that score with a pinch of salt.

Laura won 6-2 in the third.

The Omani girl in the next round. She has won a few 10ks back in 2013, but showed little form in recent months. Will be a proper test for Laura

Until Laura and Dasha are actually playing in decent competitive tournaments I don't think we can say they have come on. No evidence of that at the moment.

Just my definite impression, jaggy, that Laura has been coming on, a bit more competitive against better players, whereas Dasha hasn't really.

Not suggesting anything spectacular, but progress over the last 6 months or so.

Lost the second 5-7 - very close . . .

On serve in the third but Laura 4-3* up which, hopefully, has got to be an advantage . .
