I make that that should get Marzi back to about WR 670-ish.
Probably not quite that high as he has 3 points coming off next Monday but certainly moving in the right direction and very little to defend for the rest of the year.
Sorry, RJA - that's what comes from relying on Steven's tables when he's being a busy man and they're not quite up-to-date ! (Steven, all this work lark is over-rated, you know).
James M and Dave R get the doubles victory, no sweat, 6-2 6-2, so they're into the final, which is great. And James' 'busy' week continues . . .
And backs up what most of us were saying a few months ago - that James seems to have had a bit of a sea-change in his tennis - no idea why
Beechy ? I know I'm biased because Beechy is a friend of mine, but it is a fact that he has been working with Marzi on and off, since about last October and as I said, I am pretty sure that he is in Doha with the guys this week.

Coincidence ? I think not.
Amazing what a bit of coaching can do.
Beechy it is !
Sounds very likely. . .
Good on him, if that's the case. And please coach some more !!!
What's Beachy's position just now and who is he coaching ?
Just I thought he was no longer an LTA coach, yet he seemed to be in official capacity at the Davis Cup tie in Glasgow. Or was that related to someone he is coaching?

It would almost certainly be based at another Virgin Tennis Centre, the JTC twitter feed is always acknowledging Virgin's help when they announce any success.
