As in the 1st set, Darcis broke in the 7th game (though in the 2nd set, it was the first break of the set) and he is now serving for the match. 4-6 4-5*

I stand by my prediction for rankings this year that I expect Kyle and Brydan to finish the year ahead of James and sadly like Boggo I can't see James making the top 100.
Would have to be one hell of a year from Brydan to finish above James. Even if you don't see Ward in the top 100, he'll likely finish the year top 150 at worse
Wardy is so close and must have taken away a lot of positives from DC mentally and physically from his Miami training block. This is challenger needs to be seen for what it is, top heavy and not the type of points fest that has been responsible for his rise towards the top 100. You have to consider it has also been partly due to canny tournament selection and I am a little mor optimistic that he can hit that 555 mark that will see him top 100.
In contrast Kyle is still in development and now just needs to take on all comers. Schwartmann is another great opportunity to see where he fits as he is one of the cream of the 92 crop. Kyle is on a step development curve and it is difficult to know exactly where he sits purely as he hasn't played enough tournaments yet to stick together a body of work that represents the general quality of his play. The Kamke win was exciting in that respect, the next round will give us even more of an idea, but really like the shape of the development curve regardless of the outcome.
Schwartsmann hasn't been playing all that well this year, so Kyle has a good chance if he plays at the top of his game. Yesterday's match was Scwartzmann's second win on hard courts this year. This year he has played 8 matches and won just 3 of them. He seems to much prefer the clay. Last year, he played mostly clay challengers and was tremendously successful, going on to win the Challenger tour finals.
They are scheduled as 2nd match after 12:00 local so I think that'll be around 18:30 uk time. Unfotunately, it is on Court 9 so I don't think there will be a stream.
Schwartzmann offers up a good test. He's a solid, Argentine journeyman, an over-achiever given his comparatively tiny stature, but physically limited on hard courts because of that.
Yes Eddie, I've just looked at his player profile - 64Kg or just 10st in old money and only 5'7". A kid! Obviously he must be super fast around the court to compensate and also have great hands. The lack of power could be telling on hard courts. It is a shame we can't watch....
