Great results. Especially from Izzy. She had a bit of a sad time out in Spain - I was hoping that last week wasn't a flash in the pan. That result seems to confirm it wasn't. And Go Freya !!! (obviously . . .)
Okadaue was on a losing streak stretching back to last October, but those losses were all at higher level events. So Izzy got her at a good time but you have to take those kind of chances and it's still a very impressive result, as was Freya's

Izzy beats KIJIMA in three sets for a second consecutive week and joins Freya in the QF.
R2: WALLACE, Isabelle (GBR) 689 beat KIJIMA, Mizuno (JPN) 576 CH=569 last month, 2-6 6-3 6-2
QF : WALLACE, Isabelle (GBR) 689 v ZHAO Di (CHN)Q 1112 CH 438, March 2014.
Zhao's ranking has plummeted since her 2014 CH due to her unsuccessfully chancing her arm in bigger tournaments ($25k, $50k, $125k) for several months and then not playing any tournaments between July 2014 and Feb 2015 (injury maybe ?) Good luck Izzy !

Izzy is proving to be the comeback kid -:), well done and keep going. As for Freya, she can do it. She's got the game, her opponent is a tricky one though. I have seen her play, as far as I can remember, she's hasn't a big game but is very consistent with variety, which can be awkward for aggressive players.
