No future in football management for you, sherbert. If the umpire made bad calls, let's totally blame the umpire, Neil wiz robbed!

Yes, pity he couldn't go deeper after such a good R1 win.

What are facilities etc like there? It seems to have attracted a pretty strong field, though I guess lack of alternatives is a factor.

Haha...I tell Neil he can't blame the umpire for losing - even with bad calls! I've learnt in the last 5 years with tennis, sometimes it just isn't your day! Completely agree that it is a shame after such a good R1. I'm hoping that win will be a good building block for him though. He hasn't had one for a while.

Courts aren't bad - look fairly new. There isn't a gym here though which obviously doesn't help with fitness. I think Neil will prob come here again. Like you said, there aren't a huge amount of options at the minute. It was the weakest tournament this week as we looked at going to Turkey, Egypt and Spain. I think it's weaker next week though.

Next week is much weaker. Neil is 10th on acceptance list compared to 15th this week and the top 300 players have dropped out, so good chance for Neil to pick up some more points. Dave Rice is also down and he is having a really poor run at present.
