RE: Week 5 - ITF ($100K) - Midland, USA Hard

*5 - 6

0 - 40

30 - 40

But sadly fails to save the last match point and goes down 5 - 7 in the decider.

You could weep for her

That was some fight from Em to hang in for so long. Get broken and then break back when the youngster was serving for the set.
Great effort.

Fantastic fight from EWS, as ever.

Cav's drawn probably the easiest of the Q slots in the main draw.

This seems like a very weak field for a 100k, as weak or weaker than some of the preceding US 25ks, so hoping that she can pick up a lot of points here.

Emily Webley Smith - fine effort, girl! So close ...

And remember, you've no chance of top 250 again, let alone passing your CH :)

Always ahead in the MTB, and then lose a clutch of points on the trot and lose the match 10-8 :(

It's a week earlier than last year and a lot of the girls are at fed cup. Bad scheduling.

Doesn't qualify in the 25ks. And now odds on to go through to round two MD of a 100k !

3*-1 up
