Whoops, sorry. I have grown quite fond of the milkman, the ultimate challenger demon with a moniker that brings back memories of the wicked witch who snatched my free milk as a kid. Quite a good target, ie when Kyle is in a position to dominate him he will be ell and true,y ready for the main tour.
Brydan gets emphatic revenge for last month's loss:
L32: Brydan Klein WR 251 beat (Q) Andrew Whittington (AUS) WR 496 (CH 368 in 2014) by 2 & 1
L16: Brydan Klein WR 251 v (LL) Matthew Barton (AUS) WR 609 (CH 201 in 2013)
H2H 1-1 both in Aus Futures - Brydan won 6-4 4-6 7-5 on hard in Esperance in 2011 but Barton won 3-6 6-1 7-6(4) on clay in Ipswich in 2012.
Barton made the QFs both here (going out 15-13 in a final set tiebreak to Jarmere Jenkins, the player whose withdrawal created his lucky loser place this year!) and in West Lakes (beating Cam in R2) last year and he upset the 7th seed in R1 here yesterday.

All seeds bar Duckworth out. Devarrman lost to a qualifier 1000 places below him on the rankings with no apparent form or history. Sounds a bit strange....
Kyle should really make the final here again and be up to the 130s in rankings. A realistic target for him should be direct entry to the French Open.
