A big shame that got away from her so quickly in the tiebreak. She tried to claw it back saving three match points but it was too big a gap. Huge effort and she was so, so close.

Time for Beth to start getting that ranking up, she's shown (albeit only in flashes) that she should be a few hundred spots higher up the rankings

Freya was a break up against the 2nd seed when I first looked but she was broken back straight away. She has taken the 1st set to a tiebreak though and leads *4-2 at the changeover ...
