Well played much too strong for Ito. Congratulations to kyle on first Challenger win, very dignified celebration suggests plenty more left in the tank and an exciting year to come. He looked so strong today that some premium scalps won't be far off.
Excellent! Many congratulations to Kyle for his first Challenger title, and nice to get it done by beating a top-100 player for the loss of only three games. It was obvious that Kyle had the potential to win these titles but to do so must be a relief and now he has a whole half of the year to justify either consolidation or a developmental focus.
Absolutely pumped right now for Kedders. What a fantastic result and what a way to do it. You can almost see him getting stronger match by match. In the general scheme of things when we look back in a few years, this may be considered just be another "step in the right direction" but right now, it feels more like a "giant leap".
Morning everyone - I arose at a civilised time and watched the recorded stream, fast forwarding between points and games and hence saving a load of time.
I think Ito played quite poorly, but I was impressed with how Kedders bossed the points and never allowed into back into the match. A very professional performance I thought. The rankings/performance of the opposition was not super high this week, but we should note that Kyle didn't lose a set in 5 matches.
Been a while since our last singles challenger win - Ward v Duckworth, 2013 I believe? Evans, Ward (again), Edmund and Broady have all made finals since then.

Great job well done
He's already beaten Kenny de Schepper in Eastbourne pal
