It's a bit odd, since 4 of the days this week are in 2015 and only 3 in 2014, but I think this is being treated by the ATP/WTA/ITF as 2014 week 53, with 2015 week 1 being w/c 5 Jan.
I haven't changed the title yet in case someone knows better but we probably ought to try to sort it out before the 5 Jan entries thread is posted.

Just realised I could check what happened in 2009, the last time 29/12 and 5/1 were both Mondays - back then they were treated as weeks 53 and 1 respectively, so given that, I have now changed the thread title.

Fair enough - I thought it was odd that there was only 1 tournament scheduled with just new year in between. I remember some of the previous weeks having tournaments over new year.
However, this does seem to rank Junior Doubles titles as the same as adult Grand Slam Singles and WTA titles. !!!
You'd almost think the LTA had paid for it.
I doubt Spain and Italy are changing their federation strategy (well beaten in the table, both of them by the UK, thanks to the fact that despite winning 14 or 15 Grand Slam/WTA titles - as against GB's one - the UK managed 38 junior doubles titles, versus 7 each for Spain and Italy - you've got to smile . . . )
