Very impressive run of form from Anna. Some might say these South American tournaments are easier than what's on offer in Europe or North America, but the fact that she's traveled all this way without (or so it seems) a team has to be difficult, regardless of the competition.

SF: (WC) Anna Brogan WR 971 beat (2) Carla Lucero (ARG) WR 555 (CH 371 in 2010) by 1 & 0

FINAL: (WC) Anna Brogan WR 971 v (1) Victoria Bosio (ARG) WR 438 (= CH)

H2H 0-1 - Bosio won 1 & 4 in last week's SFs

As Ali mentioned, with no Koch-Benvenuto around, Anna's draw has been unfolding like last week's but a round ahead

Believe Anna now based in Florida (Bolletieris) so South America not so far to travel.  Why do you think she has no support with her?

When I say team, I mean she's the only Brit playing. I'm sure she has a coach travelling with her,

It's been an alacritous decline. Does Anna have some magic saved for the finish? 6-1 0-6 *1-4

There was a rain delay and an injury break, though I'm not sure who it was for. Plus it was her first final. Plenty to contend with. Better luck next time. smile
