In terms of satiating my own want to support players in Challengers and ATP events, 7/8 in the top 20 would be fantastic. However, it would probably be a healthier make up come the end of 2015 if there were 20+ in the top 500.

Interesting comment from Paulisi re Joe Salisbury, isn't it interesting the number of ex college boys who end up as doubles specialists which I suppose is inevitable given the disproportionate value it has to college sporting success when compared to the professional game.
From a non rankings point of view surely we should have more home challengers scheduled this year - thst would mean lta tournament planners having a good 2015

Depends which way you look at it.
More challengers, which I agree is likely, also means many fewer futures events so harder to get that first rung on the ladder.
