Week 45 - ITF ($25K) - Bath, UK Hard

Beth did well to take a set off the Turk, but ended up losing 6-1 in the third

But hope she can take some positives from her performance in the first 2 sets against a top 150 player

Also 5points here will take her to a new CH and equal the total points that she accumulated in 2013 and 2014 together

Pity we couldn't get at least one win in addition to Harriet's all-Brit win, I thought that we would.

But some decent performances after Wonderful Wednesday, so got to take positives from the week.

Beth would have entered the GB top 25 if she had won that match, but still what a good effort.

I hope that I didn't jinx her with preparing a post, based on her winning, of the actual and likely top 25 ins and outs over a number of weeks. She will not now be booting Anna Brogan back out after one week.

It started off great, but finished a bit disappointingly, overall solid.

They only won one match, the other was a walkover
