Looked like an extremely tough match! No points for that and another tough FQR, I don't envy Marcus! But hopefully he'll get the job done, would love to see him in the MD.

Well, not exactly. He gets £300 even if he loses, from the LTA.

 

But a win would be better - £500 on top of the $530 you mention.

though he's been a bit unlucky with the draw - 2nd seed qr1; tough pro qr2, underranked player qr3 and no $ or pts if he loses; and not even getting into the doubles directly (looks like he's just about to start qualifying match)!
