QF: (Q) Anna Brogan UNR lost to (1) Andrea Koch Benvenuto (CHI) WR 307 (CH 224 in 2012) by 2 & 4

Anna should enter the rankings well into the top 1100 on Monday week though.

I'd hoped the interrupted schedule for Koch-Benvenuto might have made Anna evenmore competitive.
Seems it warmed up the Chilean in to form instead.

Good job Ms. Cavaday has made her comeback, or we'd have no GB singles interest this weekend. Were Nicola to lose tonight, Naomi would actually be last woman standing in all competitions this week!
