Katie needs to get to SF to have any impact on ranking points.

Jodie - is the player who I believe will progress very quickly at junior and senior level. Will break into top 200 easily when the points get added.

 Don't forget Katie, Nastya and Jodie are still 15....

Yes, but Lucie W is only 15 too (she's the top U16, not the top U18). And quite a lot of the others are just 16. Many countries (such as France) basically don't send their top 17 and 18 year olds to foreign tournaments unless it's the Grand Slams).
