Cam has got huge potential and performances suggest playing at 250-350 level at stages. Whether he can maintain or improve his ranking whilst at college is another question.
I assume that his ranking is not his priority while at college (and quite rightly so). But, assuming he sticks at it, it'll certainly be interesting to see what path he takes during his college years and where he is when he finishes.
The WR level is, I think , too early to tell - could, of course, be well higher.
After a fairly dreadful week and a bit for Brits in singles, they went 11-3 today (men 8-3, women 3-0), with no less than 6 of the men's wins coming against higher-ranked opponents, including 3 here, of course!
Edit: amended after Bruce Strachan's win in Portugal turned into a loss on the ITF site.

If you were beginning to wonder (as I suspect Oakland 2002 was) how it is that so many tennis players who are supposed to be pursuing an education were in this tournament (Mr Norrie, Mr Frank, Mr Harris, etc), I've just looked up some locations and calendars - it appears that Mansfield is very close indeed to Mr Norrie's university, and that the University of Virginia had its half term earlier this week.
