QR1:  Josh Milton WR 376 defeated Markus Eriksson (SWE) WR 483 by 3-6 6-2 6-4

QR2:  Marcin Gawron (POL) WR 631 (CH = 262 in July 2011) defeated Josh Milton WR 376 by 3-6 6-1 6-4 cry

Josh dropped his opening service game in the decider, got himself back in it in the sixth, only to be broken again in the ninth. hmm

That's a shame. These are the sorts of opportunities in the draw that Josh needs to take advantage of. I am sure he'll bounce back though :)

QF:  Jamie Murray & John Peers (AUS) CR 89 (44+45) defeated (2) Lukasz Kubot & Robert Lindstedt (POL/SWE) CR 40 (24+16) by 6-1 6-7(5) [10-7] biggrin

They dropped their opening service game of the second set, but recovered it in the seventh.  The rest, as they say, is history! wink  90 points in the bag! smile

Great win! And by knocking out Kubot and Lindstedt they did the great favour (from my side) of ensuring that Butorac and Klaasen stay ahead of the former in the race. (I would so like to see Butorac and Klaasen make the finals - and they're in a tough position with GS winners all around them. I think - if I've read correctly - that if the race ended at present moment, they'd still be knocked out, as they should now be 8th, but Pospisil and Sock would get the automatic bid and Kubot and Lindstedt would be the automatic alternates. Which would, quite frankly, be pretty rotten.)
