I would rather see a Brit playing than not but it's probably the right move by Heather, whatever the basis is. I'd echo the thoughts of others and just wish her to call it a season and get ready for a new season where she can play at WTA level from the off. I'm not sure of the numbers but it feels like Heather has played a lot of tournaments this year as she's had to fight to get back up the rankings.

I think it's a bad decision for Hev to have pulled out of this one, especially as Naomi and JoKo are in it. Would have been nice for them as well to have three Brits in one tournie.
