Now that Dan S. has stopped playing for the year, an end of year update. I have included Klein as he may well qualify(?) and the figures in brackets are how many scoring tournaments they have in their totals. James Ward therefore has only 3 more "free hits" before he can only gain by improving his lowest score.
If its top 200 I think only Liam, Brydan and Kyle have any chance of joining James. If it is top 250 as before then its more game on but, realistically only Ed Corrie looks to be in with a shout unless they come out the blocks flying as Dan S did last year.
Pts
550 - Approx Main Draw Cut
396 - James Ward (15)
245 - Approx Top 200
220- Liam Broady (13)
190 - Approx Top 250
181 - Brydan Klein (14)
178 - Kyle Edmund (9)
141 - Ed Corrie (10)
85 - Dan Cox (8)
71 - Alex Ward (6)
61 - Marcus Willis (6)
22 - Dan Smethurst (7)
18 - Dan Evans (3)

By my crude calculations if A-ward and Dan Cox can get up to 18 scoring tournaments they are averaging enough points per tournament to make top 250.
Also Evans if he is playing fit and motivated could probably be in with a shout still.

Pretty poor effort from Dan S to only score 22 points from 70 tournaments
I was going to do an update after the Glasgow challenger and about once per month from there (theres not too much happened of significance since the last update)
Updates as promised. I am not sure on the cut for the wild cards so have left both the 250 and 200 mark in. The top 3 look safe. Brydan and Ed have a chance, Dan Cox has certainly started the year well. The figures in brackets are how many scores they have towards their best 18, James Ward therefore only has one more free hit before he has to start improving on his lowest score.
The LTA have just issued a new Wimbledon wild card policy which includes the phrase "In 2015 the LTA has agreed with the AELTC Wild Card Committee that a ranking threshold will not be used as the basis for recommendation of players for Wild Cards."
So back to the bad old days then (not that they ever followed the targets to the letter even then, sometimes with good reason, sometimes not, but at least the players had something to aim at and it wasn't quite as open to favouritism as it used to be)

I would expect two or three dependent on James' top-100 status, with Kyle and Liam getting them. If another player pushes himself through then it may be interesting.
