Thought Hev had lost it when she went from 3-0 up to lose the first set 6-3.

A win is a win and hopefully that will restore some confidence after that losing streak, and she can finish off the season on a high.

Back at the venue of her title win must have been a huge positive, and then to comeback after the 1st set disaster is a another confidence booster, quietly confident she'll take out Putintseva before the stronger battles commence.

An all round very good performance again two excellent doubles players sadly ends with a poor MTB. Few too many errors gave the seeds a lead they were never going to relinquish.

Heather vs. Putinseva is at 02:00 UK time, on the second court (If you don't have a Japanese opponent this round, you don't get on the main court!)
It should still be streamed - all other matches on Court 1 have been.
