Ok, see here's a main draw entrant in a 25K that took me by surprise:

She's on an au pair site where it says her parents are Serbian but she was born (and raised ? - implies so) in London and that she was a 'professional tennis player' but had to quit because of injury - went to uni (and did some au pairing). She's 22 now, presumably finished uni. Hopefully the injury's better . . . maybe this is just a one-off entry - who knows. . .

Bojanic has beaten Lucy Brown in 3 sets this year, lost to Jessica Simpson in 2 fairly close sets and been thrashed 1 & 0 by Dasha, which suggests a fair bit of inconsistency, so let's hope Mila gets her on a Dasha day, if you see what I mean!

The rankings discrepancy is explained by Bojanic having dropped off the rankings today - ITF usually don't get around to updating their site with the new rankings until Tuesday or Wednesday. So:

L32: (WC) Mila Marinkovic UNR v (WC) Tamara Bojanic (MNE) UNR (15yo; CH 1260 last month)

Tamara is certainly the better of the two local wildcards.

Randomly, there is a stream from centre court here www.youtennis.tv/LiveTV so Mila may pop up after this doubles match

Mila has now started but the stream is still showing doubles - turns out it is showing Court 3, not Centre as advertised.
