At a $75K, yes.

Though some of the French $100K's have no balls people either. It's quite perverse fun sometimes watching the odd top 50 player running to fetch balls.

I've seen Falconi play at least 6 times, and all her matches are hideously ugly.
I don't know how she hexes her opponents, but the match is always scratchy in the extreme, no matter who wins.

Pereira & Barthel are amongst others also like that.
