Difficult to see her picking up a win despite her better performances but this trip has been fun to support her on regardless. Good to see her giving WTAs a go when the opportunity arises
The qualy draws for Guangzhou (Em would have been seeded) and Seoul (13 wc mainly lowly ranked locals) are ridiculous. So weak. Shame no other Brits wanted to take a gamble but it's a long way for one event.
Em lost 62 64. Second serve was taken apart and she didn't make enough first serves (over 80% ffirst serve points won, less than a quarter of second serve points won).
Maybe should have gone to Seoul instead. Oh well. Never mind :(
