 It certainly is!  Would expect him to get many more points than last year in these tournaments.

Andy and Kim's wedding will be on Saturday 11th April. Probably safe to assume this means that he won't be playing Monte Carlo (starts the following day).

It also reveals that he was going to play doubles with James in Rotterdam until the latter got injured.
