Propoggia's won two of the last three encounters, but Klein actually leads the head-to-head (Challengers & Futures) by 5-3 (going back to 2010).  My stupid fault for forgetting that the top of the head-to-head page on the ATP site covers only the main tour, the Grand Slam events & the Davis Cup.  Should've scrolled down...
