Made a really strong comeback a couple of years ago from about two years of injury problems, and had a number if us saying he was the sort of player, who should be considered outside the LTA funding matrices.
Hasn't pushed on as much as I hoped and actually expected. Not sure what his ultimate upside is, but I suspect not top 200, but they are a rare GB breed. Does have a very pleasing game on the eye, but probably needs more clear weapons.
If he wants to try the circuit again this could be tailor made for Fitzy.
He's quite established but what about Alex Ward. A guy who seems to max out on his talent. I have no idea of his funding but he's had bad luck with injuries.
Joe Salisbury and Tom F. are others that stand out for me. Richard Gabb, Jack Carpenter, Toby Martin, Robert Carter, Harry David Meehan, Llyod Glasspool are all worth a mention but, can only guess as I don't know there circumstances.
What about Liam Broady? Funding outside the LTA may appeal there!
I have every intention of trying to make the top 200 myself in the ITF over 60's category when I finally qualify. Would you consider sponsoring me ? Age qualification is still several years away but given that I am currently absolute rubbish, I would like to give my training regime plenty of time to take effect. A 10 year sponsorship agreement should do the trick.

I might be completely wrong here but Neil strikes me as someone who has mostly accepted that he isn't going to have a great career out of tennis and so is just enjoying his time on the circuit.
Possibly too early to consider but Helen Parish is hoping to work her way onto the professional circuit again after many setbacks. She seems a genuinely worthy person to sponsor - determined, hardworking and intelligent. At least, that's the impression I get from blogs, tweets and her results prior to her health issues.
How about a different approach, sponsor one or more tournaments rather than a player. A couple of British challengers away from June and July may help homegrown talent. I assume that Aegon do not have exclusive rights to any GB tournament?
