R1: Andrew Bettles & Jack Carpenter UNR vs (WC) Michal Milko & Michal Voscek (SVK/SVK) CR 3497 (*)
(*) That's what the draw sheet says, yet according to the ATP, Milko has a doubles ranking of 1813, while his partner has risen a grand total of 1,692 places to... 0! He has a doubles CH of 1406, however. Wonder if that's the reason for the wild card.

I am not sure what is supposed to be confusing here. As of this week's rankings Voscek in unranked but the Slovak pair's combined ranking on the draw sheet of 3497 is based on last week's rankings where Voscek was 1692 and Milko was 1805.
Andy and Jack are trying to rescue a slightly disappointing day . . . served for the first set in the doubles - and got broken ! Maybe one of those days . . . .

Not quite yet - the boys have battled back to take the second set by 6-3.
Jack Carpenter has withdrawn from next week's Slovakian tournament so either a bit injured or didn't fancy hanging around all week, being out of both singles and doubles already.
