That should take them both into the WTA top 120 (probably low 110s - both now have more points than WR 112 in the current list) and into the Road top 30 as a pair

Good win, and no need for the match tie break this time either.

Is this the first time in a while an all British pair has made a WTA final? I remember Heather (several times), Laura and Anne have all played in finals relatively recently but with overseas partners.

 They played Eastbourne and Wimbledon, but lost in the opening round. Thus first win on WTA tour.

Wish Anna would stick to singles though she is def top 300 up there with Tara and Sam anyway. I always feel doubles is conceding. Good results my doubles will always be conference level stuff for me sorry.
