Dino gets an early break in the decider:  2-0*.  Here's hoping he can hang on to it!

Well, he certainly qualified the hard way relative to his bye! Anyway, well done Dino!

L32: (Q) James Ward WR 152 v (7) Matthew Ebden (AUS) WR 81 (CH 61 in 2012)

H2H 0-1 - Ebden won by the bizarre score of 6-0 5-7 6-0 in the Melbourne Challenger SFs last year

James seems to be first on Centre tomorrow at noon local time, which I think is 6PM BST?

The match itself will be a challenge for James but he can win it if he plays well enough. I've seen Ebden a few times and he's no spectacular, so I wouldn't expect that James will need to be particularly special to beat him.

He definitely got the short straw of the qualifiers but with that said it's not often the short straw is the WR 81 in a 250!

I think Ward is lucky that the standard in qualifying was more akin to the standard in qualifying for a challenger event and having struggled to beat two players outside the top 400 and having seen him play a few times, there's nothing spectacular about him either.

James' form can be very variable, but Ebden has to be a pretty strong favourite.

Ebden was injured around Wimby time, so that might still be a factor.

It's listed on livescorehunter - http://www.drakulastream.eu/tennis-live-streaming-video.html but apparently there is a rain delay.

Edit - too late as usual!
