That's a good win for JWH - he has had a real struggle this year.
There is plenty of competition in the 750-900 range at the moment, trying to get into Steven's top 25 table
Happy for JWH. In fairness, Rob C seems to have struggled just as much this year. It's a shame as I thought they would both be pushing up the rankings. Maybe this will be JWH's week to shine. He likes the grass and his quarter of the draw looks reasonable.
Two down, two to go - that's pesky foreigners I'm talking about. Jonny O'Mara has followed in Keelan's footsteps and taking out an overseas player, Kalambay, 6-4 in the 3rd. Now if Oli Hudson (currently 2-2) and Ryan Peniston can do the same, we will be in for another full house of GB points.

I know what you mean about both having had a disappointing 6 months and having expected/hoped that both would be kicking on.
But I think that that quarter is one of the toughest - although JWH may well get past Keelan, you've got Brydan or George C after that - not sure I can see JWH winning that one at the moment . . .
Jonny beats the Swiss man, though, 6-4 in the third, which is a nice result for him (and gets rid of another 'foreign' person ) Add: you got there first, Bob !
Julian Cash has won the first set. Dave Rice looks about to wrap us his match.

Agreed. That's what comes of typing first, and then double checking the draw second. Look before you leap Bob
