Good stuff - 6pts, which should take him back within the top 1000. He is too good a player to be ranked that low.

If only he could get a full season without injury....

Jack makes his first Futures semi-final in just over a year (he beat Tom F to make the final in Antalya in May 2013) and will next play a young Russian who upset Tipsy at the Kremlin Cup last year.

QF: Jack Carpenter WR 1163 beat Valentin Dimov (BUL) WR 988 (CH 621 in 2010) by 7-5 7-6(6)

SF: Jack Carpenter WR 1163 v (1) Karen Khachanov (RUS) WR 416 (18yo, CH 413 this month)
