RE: Week 24 - ATP World Tour 250 - Queen's Club, UK (Grass)

That was some miss by Melzer to set up 2 bps for Dan. A real shocker. I'm sure Dan was very grateful having just thrown away his own serve.

Evo was a mini-break up in the tiebreak but then served 2 double faults in a row, thugh Melzer handed that mini-break back just as quickly but Melzer takes his 2nd set point, winning the tiebreak 7-5

Back to back DF's in the tie break cost Dan dear. At least he gets to serve first in the final set.

Shame as Dan won more points in set 2.

Good stuff, Dan, breaks back for *1-1.

Is there a 'without commentary' option ?!

Funnily enough I have found the twin morons to be slightly less insufferable than usual.

Last few games have drifted a bit but at 4-3* the scoreboard pressure should hopefully help Dan.

Lovely backhand pass down the line from Dan to save bp

Ace king Evo !

Quite funny after they had just remarked how he hadn't been passing well on his backhand ( and I actually agree, he's snatched at a lot ) how he then produced a glorious running backhand slice pass.

Meltzer not too bad at aces either.

5-5. C'mon !

Good win in the end for Dan. Always thought this match would be close.

Come on now Coxy lets make it 3 from 3.

YES !! Finished with his 17th ace.

Very good competitive attitude and no little skill at times.

Dan is great to watch. Really love his game. Thought he volleyed well on the stretch. First serve was great. Not sure about the choice of return sometimes; seemed to go for a lot of low percentage returns and not even get close.
