Judging by how much rain has been falling on tennis tournament, and certainly just not in the UK, but throughout, climate change seems very real.
Not debating how much is man made, but things are happening...
I can see more concertina roofs being added to Wimbledon courts and to other big events as climate change takes hold. However it is unlikely to be economic for most events so some may have to change to different times of the year, go indoors, or close.
The main draw is out with all Brits in the same quarter. Naomi plays (5) Lucie Safarova if she wins R1, while the other 2 Brits would play each other in round 2. Madison Keys and Kirsten Flipkens are the other seeds in the section.
