I think they haven't attributed the others because they haven't decided finally who should get the main draw wildcard and who the qualies' ones.
So, my reckoning is that Ed and Dan have probably wrapped up a MD WC. One for Jamie D, if he needs one. Two others probably for those next on the list (unless I've missed an obvious).
Which, for me, would leave Marcus/Lewis and Dave/Sean with the 2 Q WCs.
NB I really don't understand doubles very much so I may be completely wrong - and, who knows, maybe they;ll get generous with the last MD wildcards !!! Mind you, at to the Nottingham thingy, it was maybe a bit 'placing all your eggs in one basket' - some more challengers up to and before the grass court season would have gone a long way towards making your case - though it maybe wouldn't have suited Marcus' singles aims, which (to me) are still priority (and Lewis' too, in fact).
I'll be surprised and disappointed if all of Smethurst / Corrie, Willis / Burton and Thornley / Rice do not end up with some sort of Wimbledon WC.
The most obvious way to open this up is to award Smethurst / Corrie a MD WC ( and if the LTA / AELTC were holding off to see how they did this week, then they have surely impressed ).
Jamie D will surely get a wild card. He career is clearly almost over and he is moving into coaching but I would be amazed if the authorities denied him a chance to play in his 20th Wimbledon tournament.

According to his twitter he has indeed got one with Gilles Muller. Wow 20 years at Wimbledon. That's amazing.

Great news
Taylor Townsend has got a MD WC, which is a good choice, imho. Pleased for her.
Whether Mr Kyrgios wins tomorrow or not, I wouldn't be surprised if they awarded him a MD WC. He certainly fits the exceptional younger player category; he's proven he can perform (and entertain) on the big stage; and there are a lot of Australians around London (though I suppose whoever wins tomorrow, one gets an Australian WC). Delighted to see Ms Townsend get one; all of the above (substituting Americans for Australians) apply to her as well.
Why does Vesely need a WC? Did he forget to enter?
Good question. I'd just assumed he was next on the list (when the list was drawn up) and so was the 'normal' wildcard of just being the next one in. (Haven't checked so not sure at all)

I've no idea what the cut is currently but looking at his results on the ATP site, his ranking dropped to outside the top 100 just around the time the Wimbledon maindraw list is decided.
Aha. So he was caught out in a blip. Makes sense then. I knew he'd been in the 70s/80s for a while and checked quickly and saw that he was there now ... but didn't look at the history, so didn't catch the three weeks that he went down. Good use of a WC - he belongs in the main draw.
The Spanish 10K is really weak - Manisha is likely to be seeded 2 and Jazzamay will not be far off a seeding. there are not enough for qualifying and there could be some first round byes, so Elizabeth Thomas will be in the main draw.
Egypt also only have 12 ranked players in the main draw and may have no qualifying and possible byes. Dasha likely to be seeded.
