Cam served for the match at 5-3, only to be broken, but he returns the favour in the next game:  home & dry by 6-4 in the decider. smile

Today's win should take Cam into the top 650 on Monday week (probably around 640)

Yes, Cameron has moved well into the big abyss that comes after the GB no 20, Josh Goodall.

And if he wins the title, he will join Josh on 49 points on Monday week, possibly just inside the top 600.

By the way, it is very inconsiderate to the aims of getting 20 in the top 500 that one of these has retired and the other is going off to college.

Agreed. Except for one small tweet from Josh.

Just signed in for queens, looking forward to playing again! Been a while. Just wanna avoid Sam Groth on grass for once.

Come on Josh, for old times sake.

I know I am late to the party, but I should also add my congrats to Cam on his first futures final. Let's hope that tomorrow he can turn that into his first futures title.

Josh G ???

If so, Josh, there's more at stake than good ol' Bob's '20 in the top 500' !!!  smile

I've got you in my British top 10 for the end of the year - you were one of my wildcards. So, come on lad, shake a leg, swing a racquet - your country needs you (well, I do, and Bob too).

Would help if they weren't all blimmin' well called Josh ! (or Katie/y)

But Josh gets Remi Boutillier - which is a LOT better than Groth smile
