Nice to be ambitious re Queens, but I don't see Marcus's name in either this thread or last week's for the Nottingham Challengers. And Gary mentioned Nottingham as being a target for Marcus ??

Marcus' ranking may not be high enough to may qualis never mind main draw. A few will drop out with a choice of Queens or Nottingham.

Nice to see miss Dean appear, but looks to be playing clay rather than grass.

I expect some GB wildcards for Edgbaston, so slightly suprised to see Naomi down for Nottingham as i thought she would have been given a wildcard already.

Also in qualifying for week 23 Bosnia (Sarajevo) $15K on clay. I would imagine she's more likely to be playing in Serbia on the clay the following week, rather than on the grass.

I hadn't appreciated that Birmingham was worth nearly as much as Queens, with the ladies still having their biggest pre Wimbledon tournament at Eastbourne to follow.

Anyway, a stark mixture including an $800K, $710K and the $10Ks.

Some interesting substitutions. But goodness, that's a very nasty doubles entry list - Bryans and Peya/Soares and Nestor/Zimonjic and Llodra/Mahut as the top four seeds in a 250K on grass? Ouch. Or, I suppose, hurrah, if you're the Tournament Director!

Ha Ha. At least Katy herself knows where she's at.

All the best to her. Deserves that chance.

Katie Boulter and Sam Murray have Wild Cards for main draw for Nottingham. Be interesting to see what Brits make qualifying here and what ones end up at Birmingham. Lucy Brown has withdrawn here wonder if she's trying Birmingham.

Good outcome for Katy - a win in qualifying, which she could get with a decent draw is better than a 10k tournament win, which is really Katy's level at the minute.

I wonder who has the other wildcards for Nottingham

Tara not in 50K so looks like she has QWC for Birmingham and possibly Lucy Brown

No idea who is playing Nottingham or Queens for the men...

Looks like Tom F is back on the circuit and Imran Aswat has also made the main draw

Israel looks weak again, I wonder why Rob C has not stayed on and withdrawn from Egypt today. Nottingham/Queens qualis?

Alex moving up to 15ks now - good move

Egypt women looks really weak, such that Fran is 9th on the entry list and Dasha 5th

Ema Lazic very close to making main draw in Spain.
