Should add though that this was Sam's second match of the day (and the Japanese girl's first) so it's not that surprising if Sam was a bit weary in the third set - AND she's got her doubles to come)

Yes, I for one think that Sam should get a Wimbledon MD WC ( well, actually I don't think anyone should, but that's a separate debate ). And it then will rather depend what Sam turns up.
